They do not play like a team

Croatia manager Slaven Bilic on the problem with England:

"...they have great individual players - only in a situation like the World Cup they didn't play as a team...That is what they are missing and lacking - and I still think they do not play like a team." (BBC)

As for me I think that teamwork could be an issue but I think it's bigger than that. I think that England lacks an identity and a style and formation suited to their current group of players...
