Frank Lampard rallies England, explaining that the team will simply adapt to the loss of Wayne Rooney:

I think Lampard is absolutely correct. In fact England may become stronger through approaching the current setback in a positive fashion and looking for whichever solution works.
It could be ideal actually if England struggles to make it to the quarters or semis and Rooney comes in as a super-sub...
